Washing Machine
The washing machine hoses have one of the biggest reputations for leaking, requiring monthly inspection to ensure everything is operational. Additionally, experts recommend that these hoses are replaced every five years regardless of their outward appearance.

Air Conditioner
The moisture created from an HVAC unit is a byproduct of its operation and is generally drained away. Unfortunately, any issue with this drainage system will not cause a performance problem right away, but can lead to water damage in and around the unit. Check your manufacturer’s instructions and be sure to follow regular maintenance and inspection schedules for the most effective prevention for this.
