Hurricane Harvey Storm Travel

In September of 2017 our franchise traveled to Houston to help with the Hurricane Harvey damage. We sent 3 vans full of equipment, a full crew of production technicians, 2 crew chiefs and our production manager. I also joined the team there to sign new customers and continue to sell jobs after all the hard work began.
In total we spent a month there and worked on 19 houses and 1 commercial job. Storm Team Wilson, who managed everything in Houston, was great to work with. From job assignment to collecting payment everything was very organized and ran smoothly.
Entire neighborhoods were affected by the hurricane and the water level inside the homes was pretty overwhelming. Due to the humid climate and the fact that the water sat in some of the homes for 2+ weeks the mold growth was extensive, but we were able to get the homes dried out properly and the demo completed.
