Commercial water loss from busted pipe

During the Polar Vortex of 2019, we were called in after hours to a non-profit commercial facility that experienced a burst pipe. Due to the high volume of calls we had been receiving during this weather event, our General Manager jumped in, took the call and we were able to respond quickly. Affected areas included hallways, multiple bathrooms, guest rooms, multiple offices, a kitchen, conference room and the main lobby. Flooring and carpet were also affected. After our team extracted the water, several fans and dehumidifiers were placed to get everything dried out as quickly as possible.
