Water damage caved in the ceiling

Water loss in this home was caused by a leaking toilet. The owners were not aware of the slow leak and water pooling in the ceiling above their finished basement. Once the damage became visible it turned out to be far more extensive than they originally thought. We were able to extract, clean, demo and remodel the entire basement. Due to the remodel we were able to redesign the basement columns creating a more open look and feel. Although frustrating and a hassle, water damage does not have to ruin your life and can sometimes give you a reason to make improvements you will enjoy for years to come.
