Flooded Church
A large Baptist church in Kenosha flooded due to a toilet inlet. The water ran for a minimum of 12 hours and went through 3 floors affecting a huge amount of square footage and materials. This picture shows the first floor demo. Unfortunately the water completely saturated the drywall and was causing it to peel off the wall. Due to the extend of the damage we had no other option then to rip it out. Since the church also houses a school we made sure the demo and affected area was enclosed to inhibit mold growth. The after picture shows a main hallway completely demoed with a new vapor barrier installed before the reconstruction begins.
