Sewer backup due to heavy rains

Due to the heavy rains a couple of weeks ago, these homeowners experienced a sewage backup in their semi-finished basement. Sewage water is what we call Category 3 or Black Water. It is extremely contaminated and unsanitary and any materials that have been touched by it should be disposed of. When you’re dealing with a mess such as this one it’s best to call in the experts. Carpet and pad had to be removed as well as baseboards and drywall. All areas were sanitized as well.
